What Does It Cost
|
Trial Version Upgrade:
|
To upgrade to the full version of CashWhiz the cost is $220 (inc GST). A link is provided in the software to conduct the upgrade.

Licencing (see Activation Process):
The fee is dependant on what pricing scheme you fall under:

Corporates/Business Enterprises |
|
The first business is $165 per quarter and each subsequent business is $82.50 per quarter. |

Accountants/Business Advisors |
|
The fee is $55 per business per quarter for the first 30 businesses and then $27.50 thereafter.
A business fee listing is provided at the end of the quarter allowing you to disburse the cost
to the client. |
This fee includes GST, upgrades, support. There are no additional costs.

Activation Process:
This is a simple process that works as follows:
- At the end of each quarter a message will pop up on your screen advising
that you have 30 days to activate the software.
- You click on the 'Activation' button which displays a list of files you have created.
- You confirm you are happy with the files created and then click on 'Process' to submit the file list to our website.
This does not contain any financial or personal information in the files.
- Once submitted successfully, our website emails you a tax invoice and CashWhiz is immediately activated.

Support:
|
Support costs are included in the licence fee and all
queries should be directed via email to
CashWhiz.
|
Implementation:
Implementation may vary depending on your number of
users and your hardware/software configuration.
CashWhiz has an installation wizard with full instructions
provided. However should you require any assistance
in implementing the software a consultant can attend
your site at an agreed rate.

Upgrades:
|
All future upgrades are included in the fee. You also
have the option within your internet account to let us know
how we can improve CashWhiz to better meet your needs.
